As a paid intern, you will have an immersive experience where you serve as a valued team member learning the fundamentals of sales and marketing. You will also get a behind‑the‑scenes look at how a dominant local media organization operates.
The Sales Training Program General Responsibilities What you’ll do
Learn how to prospect and identify new business opportunities
Practice real cold calls (with coaching, not guesswork)
Build client presentations and proposals
Support digital and broadcast sales strategies
Work alongside experienced Media Executives and Sales Leaders
Participate in weekly training designed to accelerate your growth
You will assist Sales in building presentations as well as provide client campaign performance reports
Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic and organizational skills
You should be a quick learner, with strong communication skills and the ability to showcase our solutions/results compellingly

Qualifications
Be currently enrolled in a college/university, preferably in your senior year
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
College student, junior or senior, earning a degree in Sales, Business, or Broadcasting fields, with a desire to get hands‑on experience
