Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities.
Pick up trash and debris to keep the property neat and clean.
Assist with cleaning breezeways, pressure washing, and light upkeep.
Support the maintenance team with make‑ready and special projects.
Provide excellent service to residents with a friendly, helpful attitude.
