Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable Bilingual Spanish Summer Intern to join our State Farm office. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in exploring the insurance industry and gaining valuable experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls
Provide customer service support via phone and in person
Schedule appointments and manage the agent’s calendar
Assist the agent and team with administrative and office tasks
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with customers
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Bilingual Spanish
Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday, 1:30pm-5pm.
