Tecta America New England, founded in 1988 as Delta Roofing, is one of the largest and most successful roofing companies in the Northeast. We are hiring Entry Level Commercial Roofers for our production crews in Portland, ME. Pay starts at $22+/hr with a sign‑on bonus up to $1,500.

Responsibilities Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, Commercial Roofers are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC.
Requirements
Commercial roofing or construction experience preferred; training will be provided
Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to bend, kneel, and climb ladders as required
Ability to follow instructions and work per job specifications and safety guidelines
Reliable transportation to and from job sites/warehouse
Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Working Conditions
Physical surroundings: field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature
Physical effort: extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders, frequent lifting
Travel: mostly local, within 1 hour
