Sales Tour Guide
We are seeking tour guides to sell our vacation ownership products face‑to‑face to customers pre‑qualified by our marketing department. There is no cold‑calling or out‑of‑pocket expense required.
What You’ll Do
Deliver sales presentations and close sales with customers.
Maintain a disciplined, self‑motivated approach and demonstrate mastery of the sales process.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a CA Real Estate License or be able to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
Experience in real estate, mortgage, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
Training & Development All new sales professionals will complete a recognized training module and receive ongoing on‑site training.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate $19.18.
Highly competitive uncapped commission and bonus structure with six‑figure income potential.
Weekly paychecks and monthly bonuses.
