Program Duration
June 2nd, 2026 through August 7th, 2026. Interns are expected to work at least three days per week in our Nashua, NH office and commit to the full duration of the program. This opportunity is open to rising seniors only.
Job Overview Rightworks is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our Events team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on experience bringing events to life—from planning and promotion through execution and post‑event analysis. You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑impact experiences including conferences, webinars, and field events, while gaining real‑world exposure to B2B event marketing.
Responsibilities
Support end‑to‑end event planning, including timelines, workbacks, and detailed project plans
Assist in building and maintaining pre‑event show plans, including run‑of‑show and execution checklists
Manage shipping and inventory of event materials, including packing lists, tracking shipments, and ensuring on‑time delivery to event locations
Assist in executing virtual and in‑person events (webinars, conferences, field events)
Support event marketing campaigns across email, social, and web
Assist with updating event landing pages and registration flows
Learn event management system – manage attendee lists and communications
Track event performance and assist with post‑event reporting and insights
Requirements
Currently enrolled college student with coursework, projects, and/or a major in business, marketing, or hospitality
Exposure to Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite
High attention to detail and strong follow‑through
Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn, take initiative and contribute to a collaborative team
