Percussion Director (Marching Band and Indoor)

Avon Grove High School is looking for a Percussion Director to run both our outdoor marching percussion program and our indoor marching percussion program, beginning in the Fall 2026 Season.
The Avon Grove Marching Band has won multiple State Championships and medaled in USBands A class National competition and was recently promoted to Open Class for the 2025 season.
Avon Grove Indoor Percussion was promoted to A class last season and boasts a roster of over 30 students in the 2026 season.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the outdoor marching percussion program.
Lead and coordinate the indoor marching percussion program.
Qualifications:
Experience performing and/or teaching marching percussion.
Experience running a percussion program is a plus, though not a prerequisite.
