Recreation Aide
to help bring joy, connection, and meaningful engagement to our residents each day.

This is a Full Time, Monday through Friday position.
Hours are 9A-5P
What You’ll Do
Assist with planning and leading recreational, social, and therapeutic activities Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to various abilities and interests Provide one-on-one engagement for residents who may need extra support Help create a warm, lively, and inclusive atmosphere throughout the facility Set up and clean up activity spaces and materials Document participation and communicate resident feedback to the Recreation Director Support special events, holidays, and family-centered programs
What We’re Looking For
Experience in recreation, activities, or resident engagement preferred (but not required) A kind, patient, and enthusiastic personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and willingness to think outside the box Ability to work as part of a team and follow activity schedules Prior experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting is a plus
