Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking
Truss Stacker
to join our production team in a fast‑paced truss manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for stacking finished roof and floor trusses safely and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean work area.
This is an entry‑level position with opportunity for advancement in a growing company.
What You’ll Do
Stack completed roof and floor trusses according to production specifications
Inspect trusses for visible defects or damage before stacking
Band, stage, and prepare finished product for loading and shipment
Assist truss builders and saw operators as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic understanding of measurements (preferred but not required)
Forklift experience is a plus (not required)

Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Basic math skills
84 Components Fork Truck License.
