Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of SE Sacramento, located in Sacramento, CA. The Crew Chief will lead a team in the restoration and cleanup of properties affected by fire, water, and mold damage. Daily responsibilities include managing job‑site activities, ensuring the safety of the crew, supervising and performing cleaning and restoration tasks, maintaining equipment, and communicating effectively with team members and clients. The Crew Chief will also complete necessary documentation and maintain quality standards for projects.
Qualifications
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively
Ability to perform property restoration tasks, including cleaning, removal, and repair work
Knowledge of safety protocols, industry standards, and use of restoration equipment
Strong organizational and documentation skills for accurate record‑keeping and reporting
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients
Problem‑solving skills with the ability to make decisions in fast‑paced or emergency situations
Preferred qualifications: IICRC certifications, prior experience in disaster restoration or a related field
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or on‑call shifts as needed
