We’re currently seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as a Loan Officer Associate —an entry-level role designed to build your foundation in mortgage sales while preparing you to become a licensed Loan Officer
What you'll do
Make outbound calls to leads using pre-qualified lists
Spark interest in our mortgage solutions and qualify prospects for licensed Loan Officers
Learn the basics of the mortgage industry, sales strategy, and customer communication
Attend daily dedicated training sessions focused on preparing you to pass the NMLS exam and become licensed within 60 days
Work closely with experienced Loan Officers and team leaders to develop your skills and grow your confidence
Qualifications
Strong phone presence and communication skills
High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take feedback
Interest in sales, finance, or real estate
No prior mortgage experience required—just the drive to succeed
