Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is seeking an
In‑Room Dining Server
to join our exciting In‑Room Dining team. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to be part of our award‑winning team, while beginning your career with the world’s leading luxury hotel company!
Overview
This position is for a Private Bar and In‑Room Dining Server.
Schedule includes private bar shifts and serving shifts on a weekly basis, with occasional split shifts.
Key duties include stocking and replenishing private bars, maintaining private bar menus, and customizing private bar inventory.
Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items and preparation methods to meet guest needs.
Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
Knowledge & Skills
Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a similar position with Four Seasons or another organization. Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; good computer skills.
Environment
Physical requirements: Ability to work full shifts standing; lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 100 lbs; walk, bend, kneel, and climb stairs throughout the shift.
Work conditions: Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions including sun, wind, and rain; use of chemicals/agents as needed; work in cramped quarters; operate food & beverage equipment.
Schedule flexibility: Availability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Communication: Clear hearing, speech, vision, and literacy; ability to conduct one‑to‑one communication with guests and employees.
Work under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
