Donor Experience Ambassador (Volunteer)

As a Donation Door Attendant Volunteer, you are the first point of contact for donors, ensuring their experience is welcoming, efficient, and reflective of the mission of White Rock Center of Hope. Greeting donors warmly and assisting them with unloading donations. Sorting incoming donations into appropriate categories, such as clothing, household items, or electronics. Inspecting items to ensure they meet donation guidelines and directing any inappropriate items to designated areas for disposal. Providing tax receipts to donors upon request and answering basic questions about donations. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe donation area. Representing White Rock Center of Hope in a friendly and professional manner to encourage ongoing donor support.
