What You’ll Do
Maintain organization and presentation of new and used vehicle inventory on the lot
Move, park, and arrange vehicles to maximize space and visual appeal
Assist sales team with vehicle staging, merchandising, and showroom readiness
Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and front-line ready for customers and test drives
Shuttle vehicles between departments and off-site locations as needed
Perform lot checks to ensure vehicles are properly tagged, locked, and secured
Assist with deliveries and customer vehicle handoffs when needed
Support dealership events, promotions, and high-volume sales days
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and motivated to grow within the dealership
Compensation & Benefits
$17.50–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
