As a core member of our Fund Accounting Registered Funds team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Responsibilities
Your Role: You will provide daily support to our clients and their investors, distributors and third parties by performing the following tasks in a proactive and customer centric manner: Review subscription agreements Follow up with investors on missing documentation Complete KYC and AML on investors Carry out investor transfers and name changes Maintain electronic and physical investor records Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned Prepare daily cash reconciliation for various accounts Produce Statements, Distributions and correspondence Update all contacts information in all systems Assist with the appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls Qualifications
About You: 2-4 years' experience in customer service within the financial services area, preferably fund services. Bachelor's degree in business or related field Demonstrated strong client relationship experience Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written Proficient with all MS Office applications Job Info
