Job Summary Client is seeking an Employee Communications Consultant III to design and coordinate high-impact internal communications that drive strategic business objectives. This role focuses on increasing employee engagement and leadership effectiveness through a blend of professional copywriting, strategic planning, and sophisticated visual design. The ideal candidate will translate complex business goals into clear, compelling narratives and assets that motivate employees to own business results.

Job Requirements

Design and coordinate comprehensive company communications across multiple internal channels.

Write, edit, and oversee the release of internal documents to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Develop and manage end-to-end communication plans in close collaboration with organizational leaders.

Create visually compelling assets, layouts, and multimedia content for newsletters, intranet, and presentations.

Provide coaching to managers to maximize the impact and clarity of their messaging.

Utilize electronic publishing and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to deliver high-quality materials.

Monitor company media and utilize surveys or feedback loops to determine the results and themes of communication efforts.

Ensure all assets align with company brand standards and are optimized for digital accessibility and readability.

Must-Have Skills

Copywriting & Editing—Expert ability to craft and review internal materials that increase engagement and simplify complex narratives.

Planning & Project Management—Proven track record of managing communication strategies and programs with extreme attention to detail and on-time delivery.

Visual Design—Proficiency in creating professional graphics and multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.

Digital Publishing—Experience with newsletter tools and electronic publishing technology to support internal content distribution.

Strategic Positioning—Ability to position messages effectively and coach leadership on communication best practices.

Industry Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.

Strong background working within technology companies, with knowledge of industry-standard concepts and practices.
