Real Estate Administrative Assistant
We're looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You'll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Responsibilities Move and place Real Estate signs at properties Placing and removing key boxes on properties Provide general outside support to the Listing Team Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized Qualifications Able to regularly lift, move, and place 15 pounds Must have excellent time-management skills Licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson or in the process of acquiring the license, preferred Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and weekends Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager Communicates well, both verbally and written Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software Compensation $12 - $15 hourly About Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - The Salas Team Backed by our "Go Serve Big" mission statement, Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty strives to be the best place to work, buy, and sell real estate guaranteed.
