Customer Service Representative . This role is responsible for resolving customer account inquiries, supporting loan and lease servicing requests, and ensuring accurate documentation across multiple communication channels.

This role is a long-term contract with the potential to hire in directly. Job Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax regarding account servicing needs Update customer account information, including contact details and interaction notes Explain payment options, account status, and servicing processes to customers Resolve customer concerns related to billing, titles, taxes, and account discrepancies Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate issue resolution Initiate and process account-related requests, including documentation and workflow actions Manage non-phone requests such as document fulfillment and account updates Handle escalated inquiries, including title exceptions, transfers, and lease-to-loan conversions Research and resolve title-related discrepancies, including state transfers and name changes Skills & Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent Experience with customer account management systems or CRM platforms Ability to navigate multiple systems and document interactions accurately Experience handling xywuqvp inbound and outbound customer service communications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Desired Automotive finance or titling experience Knowledge of loan or lease servicing processes Familiarity with title processing, including transfers and lien releases Experience resolving title exceptions or document deficiencies Knowledge of billing, tax, and payment processing workflows Exposure to regulated financial services environments
