Portfolio Manager
This position includes the following duties and responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure portfolio administration and risk management comply with established credit policy and regulatory guidelines. Maintain financial monitoring, covenant tracking, exception management, and timely renewals. Determine compliance with loan agreements and borrowing base requirements. Conduct periodic borrower reviews and maintain accurate digital loan files. Serve as liaison between lenders and internal departments including Credit, Appraisal, and Central Loan Documentation (CLD). Collect and analyze financial information and address documentation deficiencies. Monitor repayment activity and manage past due accounts. Participate in loan approval processes and recommend appropriate credit structure. Prepare cash flow analyses, financial spreads, and credit packages. Review appraisals and loan documents prior to closing. Attend loan closings as required. Perform collateral inspections as required. Identify cross-sell opportunities across bank products. Participate in community and business development activities. Comply with BSA, CIP, and all regulatory requirements. Deliver superior customer service and uphold organizational values. Perform other duties as assigned. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Exhibits superior customer service as an Austin Bank team member. Demonstrates high quality relationship building techniques to ensure the customer receives the best possible solution to his banking and financial needs. Helps promote a loyal relationship between the customer and Austin bank. Participates in developing a teamwork atmosphere with co-workers as part of department/branch location/region by attending meetings, participating in discussions, treating co-workers with respect and courtesy, and contributing to departmental goals. Has a responsibility to stay abreast of company communications by reading publications, announcements and company e-mails, etc. Takes advantage of appropriate communication channels regarding bank related business matters. Develop personal skills and capabilities through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval. Uphold and safeguard the organizations values particularly relating to ethics, integrity, and confidentiality both internally and externally. Greets customers and provides superior customer service. Bachelors or better in ACCOUNTING. Bachelors or better in FINANCE. Minimum 2 years as a Credit Analyst; 4 year degree or equivalent of 5-7 years related experience.
