Their duties include maintaining high customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, managing multiple chats simultaneously, documenting interactions in a CRM, and providing feedback for continuous improvement of sales strategies
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
Willingness to work well in a team environment
Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
