What you’ll do:
Client Engagement:
Answer and return inbound calls, conducting consultative qualification processes to convert inquiries into retained clients.
Lead Filtering:
Pre-qualify leads to align with the firm’s client criteria, ensuring ethical and appropriate engagements.
Consistent Representation:
Serve as the first face and voice of the firm, greeting clients, managing front‑desk duties, and handling basic administrative tasks.
Client Onboarding:
Assist with the creation of new matter files, manage court‑date calendaring, and support the sending of welcome packages.
Performance & Metrics Ownership:
Track and own daily and weekly intake metrics (calls, conversions, follow‑ups), review results with leadership to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Market Insight:
Review intake and marketing metrics, identify trends, and propose improvements to optimize client conversion rates.

Sales Experience:
Proven success in a sales‑oriented role, ideally involving high‑cost or discretionary products or services, requiring consultative selling, objection handling, and closing.
Ethics and Compassion:
