Assistant Program Director

Embark at Greeley is seeking a dedicated Assistant Program Director to support and grow our Residential Team. This leadership role partners with the Program Director to ensure the residential program runs safely, effectively, and in alignment with our mission to support the social and emotional development of the adolescents in our care. Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor Shift Supervisors. Support residential staff through training, coaching, and professional development. Collaborate with the Program Director and Clinical Team to plan and implement daily client activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, licensing standards, and HIPAA documentation. Respond to emergencies as part of the on-call team and support crisis management. Promote a positive, values-driven staff and client culture. Qualifications

21+ years of age or older Bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen in concordance with Colorado state laws Ability to pass federal and state background checks Current Colorado driver's license or ability to obtain a Colorado driver's license upon hire Ability to perform CPR and First Aid Leadership experience in a residential treatment, therapeutic boarding school, or similar behavioral health setting preferred Strong understanding of licensing, safety, and compliance requirements Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to mentor and guide teams through change and growth Passion for supporting staff and creating an emotionally safe and healthy workplace culture Benefits
