Position Overview for the Marketing Project Coordinator: Support the Solutions & Enablement team by organizing, tracking, and ensuring the progress of marketing work Collaborate closely with Marketing Managers and project leadership to coordinate intake, manage timelines, and maintain deliverables Support high-visibility initiatives across multiple marketing campaigns and ensure compliance with approval processes Manage project tickets, create timelines, and proactively identify risks or delays Serve as a daily partner to marketing team members, translating campaign needs into actionable tasks Requirements for the Marketing Project Coordinator: Exposure to marketing campaigns or event-driven marketing Experience using project or work management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Interest in project management or program management as a career path Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills Ability to support multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining organization What's in it for you?
