Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth
Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
Handle customer queries and resolve issues
Sell and service policies (warm & cold leads)
Requirements
Active P&C and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain)
1–2+ years of sales experience (insurance preferred)
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
CRM proficiency and good organizational skills
