With a strong project pipeline across multiple states, they are expanding their field leadership team and seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across the U.S. Job Description

Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization to close-out. Oversee all subcontractors, vendors, and field staff. Maintain and drive project schedules to ensure on-time completion. Enforce jobsite safety standards in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines. Conduct daily/weekly jobsite meetings and maintain progress documentation. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Partner closely with the Project Manager to manage materials, logistics, and quality control. Ensure high standards of workmanship throughout all phases of construction. Proactively identify risks or delays and implement corrective action. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction. Strong background in ground-up, TI, or renovation projects. Ability to travel full-time, typically 3-4 weeks at a time depending on project duration. Proficient with construction scheduling and documentation tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced jobs with multiple moving parts. Commitment to safety and exceptional workmanship.
