Our law firm agency is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Litigation Practice Group. This role is vital for delivering top-tier support to both internal and external stakeholders. The position is hybrid and bonus-eligible. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a major law firm. Solid background required.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a physical presence to enhance teamwork and ensure smooth operations. Facilitate client communications and coordinate meetings. Manage administrative tasks, including finance, billing, document creation, and maintaining case files. Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, ensuring compliance with court and firm standards. Track deadlines and court dates, assist with the discovery process, and manage e-Discovery with vendors. Support client billing, manage calendars, schedule travel, and track expenses.
Proficiencies:
Skilled in Intapp Time, Chrome River, and iManage. Expert in e-filing across State and Federal courts. Deep knowledge of court rules and legal document standards. Proficient in MS Office applications and document management systems. Strong multitasking abilities and excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years in a litigation support role. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Notary certification is a plus.
