Overview: We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Finance to lead financial operations for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This contract role will oversee forecasting, P&L ownership, financial reporting, and team leadership across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong ERP and Excel skills, able to deliver insights that drive business performance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare short- and long-term financial plans, forecasts, and analyses. Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and monthly reporting for senior leadership. Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability to support decision-making. Lead and develop finance team members, providing coaching and guidance. Collaborate with business unit leaders on pricing, capital requests, and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with government and corporate accounting standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred. Minimum 10 years of leadership/management experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing. Expertise in forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Strong experience with ERP systems U. xywuqvp S. Citizenship required.
