Protection & Control (P&C) background

to lead and scale the substation engineering team. This role focuses on technical oversight, mentorship, and building a high-performing team while strengthening client relationships and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow the Substation Engineering team, with a focus on P&C expertise Provide technical oversight and QA/QC for P&C design packages (4.16kV–500kV) Support engineers with relay protection, control systems, and design challenges Oversee protection schemes (line, bus, transformer) and system coordination Guide project execution, resource planning, and delivery Mentor team members and develop training programs to scale capabilities Partner with business development to expand client base Drive department strategy, growth, and profitability Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and commissioning xywuqvp teams Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) 10+ years of substation experience with a strong focus on
