Key Responsibilities: •

Client Service & Transaction Support: • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to brokerage and custody accounts • Process and support transactions including wires, checks, asset transfers, and account setup • Ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests with a focus on resolution and satisfaction •

Operational Execution: • Utilize CRM systems to document client interactions and manage service workflows • Support financial operations and transaction processing with a high degree of accuracy • Follow established procedures while adapting to evolving business needs •

Collaboration & Issue Resolution: • Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues • Escalate complex cases as needed while maintaining ownership of the client experience • Contribute to team alignment and priorities during onboarding ramp and daily operations Required Skills and Qualifications: • 2–4+ years of experience in banking, brokerage, xywuqvp financial services, or client service roles • Hands-on experience with banking operations such as wires, checks, asset movement, or account opening • Experience in financial operations, transaction support, or client servicing environments preferred • Strong communication skills (phone and email) in a professional setting • Experience using CRM systems and managing client interactions • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload independently, and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, B2B client service environment
