A well-established, family-owned Dallas General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead a $30M Class A multifamily project in North Dallas. This is not a project-specific hire as the business is focused on long-term hires, with a strong pipeline of local multifamily work and a reputation for retaining their people. They operate with a lean structure, offering direct visibility with ownership and the ability to genuinely impact company growth and the culture. Responsibilities include: Leading on-site delivery of a $30M Class A multifamily project Managing site logistics, sequencing, and look-ahead scheduling Coordinating subcontractors and driving daily production Owning site safety, quality control, and compliance Managing punch, turnover, and close-out processes Partnering closely with Project Management to maintain schedule and resolve issues What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor Proven experience delivering multifamily projects (preferably Class A) Strong field leadership, subcontractor coordination, and schedule management Ability to run projects independently and maintain high standards Stable work history and long-term mindset Compensation & benefits: Up to $140,000 base salary (depending on experience) Performance-based bonus Health benefits xywuqvp Long-term pipeline of local Dallas work (no travel required) Why this opportunity: Long-term position with a stable, family-owned GC (not project-based hiring) Strong multifamily pipeline across the Dallas market Direct access to ownership and decision-makers Opportunity to grow with a business If you’re interested, please apply with a
