The Role
We are seeking a bilingual Creative Copywriter (English/Spanish) who can craft compelling, culturally authentic messaging. You will turn insights into engaging stories across platforms while maintaining brand voice in both languages.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (read/write/speak).
Proven experience in bilingual copywriting and transcreation.
Background working in or with advertising agencies.
Strong direct response copywriting experience.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and customer experience (CX).
Ability to manage multiple projects and work across cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of digital trends and content strategies.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
Experience
5+ years in bilingual content development, copywriting, editing, and QC.
3+ years in project management.
Experience handling high-volume content and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and write copy for integrated brand and direct response campaigns across digital, social, print, and video.
Adapt and localize content between English and Spanish while preserving tone and intent.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and presentations.
Create and manage Spanish-language and bilingual communications across digital customer channels.
Support content strategy and help centralize content creation processes for consistency and quality.
Write clear, persuasive copy for multiple use cases, including:
Billing, reminders, service updates
Outage and troubleshooting communications
Onboarding and lifecycle content (Mobile, Internet, TV)
Collections, retail, and support materials
Digital platforms (web, apps, IVR, virtual agents)
Maintain Spanish-language glossary and ensure consistency in tone and terminology.
Manage and collaborate with marketing/creative agencies.
Oversee content workflows, timelines, and quality control processes.
Support campaign execution, including tracking performance and optimizing content/CTAs.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in Spanish-language marketing or Hispanic advertising
Background in translation/localization or marketing communications
