We’re looking for a highly organized Field Marketing Specialist to support the execution of in‑person and virtual marketing programs that drive customer engagement, pipeline growth, and sales partnership. This role sits within the Demand Activation – Field Marketing team.

About the Role
As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will:
Plan and execute in‑person and virtual field marketing programs, including event logistics, timelines, registration, vendors, and deliverables.
Partner with sales and campaign teams to support regional and segment‑based programs that engage customers and prospects.
Manage event operations end‑to‑end, ensuring programs launch on time, stay on budget, and deliver a high‑quality attendee experience.
Coordinate pre‑event promotion and post‑event follow‑up in partnership with marketing and sales stakeholders.
Track and report on program performance, including registration, attendance, lead outcomes, and pipeline impact.
Help improve field marketing processes, templates, and best practices to increase scalability and efficiency.
Work with internal and external partners, including event support teams, agencies, and vendors.
Be bold, experiment with creative ideas to differentiate the Thomson Reuters brand.
About You
You are a fit for the role if you have:
2‑4 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
Experience supporting both in‑person and virtual events/programs.
Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, webinar/event, and reporting tools.
A customer‑first mindset and interest in building memorable experiences that drive business outcomes.
Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
