Position Overview The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in expanding GOLFZON’s footprint across the United States. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this position is responsible for driving growth within two key verticals: Indirect Channel Development – Expanding partnerships with commercial operators, distributors, and resellers. Green Grass Growth – Introducing GOLFZON technology into golf courses, academies, and teaching facilities. The BDM will execute a mix of strategic outreach, event engagement, and relationship management to grow brand presence, increase revenue, and strengthen GOLFZON’s position as the preferred simulator platform. Requirements Channel and Vertical Growth Identify and develop new indirect channel partners, including commercial operators, dealers, and resellers. Prospect and engage golf courses, country clubs, and teaching facilities to drive simulator adoption. Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring partner success and loyalty. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support campaigns and promotions aligned with regional goals. Outreach & Lead Generation Conduct cold and warm outreach to generate new business opportunities. Represent GOLFZON at key golf, sports, and hospitality industry events and trade shows to drive lead generation. Maintain a disciplined pipeline and forecasting process using CRM tools. Strategic Execution Work closely with the Director of Business Development to execute regional strategies that align with national revenue targets. Provide regional insights and competitive intelligence to shape product positioning and channel strategy. Coordinate post-installation follow-up and ensure smooth transitions for partners joining the GOLFZON network. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally within golf, sports technology, or premium B2B sectors. Proven success in territory management, partner development, and quota achievement. Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Self-starter with a hunter mentality, capable of working independently while aligning to corporate strategy. Passion for golf and familiarity with the golf industry preferred.
