Familiar with sales processes, having successfully pitched innovative solutions to clients. Your Role As a Consulting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing sales and commerce strategies for clients aiming to amplify their revenue growth. Your responsibilities will encompass: Thought Leadership Engaging with clients to identify needs and devise impactful solutions that transform their sales organizations. Building robust relationships to reinforce Accenture’s reputation as a trusted partner. Coaching junior team members while continuously expanding your own expertise. Delivery Execution Leading the design and implementation of large-scale transformation programs that revolutionize sales strategies. Driving operational changes that enhance industry-specific and digital models. Assessing technology needs to recommend the best solutions tailored to client requirements. Overseeing engagement implementations, ensuring collaboration, planning, budgeting, and risk management are on target. Sales & Origination Identifying and securing new growth opportunities with Financial Services clients, covering all aspects of sales enablement and strategy. Managing the pipeline from conception to implementation, leveraging Accenture’s diverse capabilities. Ensuring profitability and performance of projects while identifying avenues for expansions and upsells. Requirements A minimum of 5 years in the insurance sector, with experience in sales, operations, product development, or strategic roles. At least 2 years in a consulting capacity, managing engagements and complex transformations. Experience in strategic recommendations, P–L management, or high-level advisory roles. Preferred Qualifications MBA is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a talent for storytelling to engage executive audiences. Proven client relationship skills with a history of successful management. Hands‑on experience with CRM and sales transformation implementations. Familiar with working in blended delivery environments. Established network within the Financial Services industry at senior decision‑making levels. The knowledge of AI or emerging technologies is a plus. Please note that this position could involve various locations. Compensation at Accenture varies based on factors like location, role, skills, and experience. We anticipate this job posting will be available for at least three days.
