Position Overview The Marketing Manager at FINSYNC will oversee a broad range of marketing and product-focused initiatives, helping drive awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for our business platform. This role blends strategic marketing execution with product thinking, supporting and managing multi-channel campaigns while also contributing to go-to-market planning, feature development, and user experience improvements. Key Responsibilities Help develop, manage, and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (public relations, digital marketing, project management, vendor management, etc.). Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign concepts and messaging. Assist with writing projects, landing pages, and overall marketing strategies as needed. Manage campaign timelines and resources. Help to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging and launch strategies. Gather and prioritize product requirements, define the product vision, and ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Coordinate with and manage the relationship with external agencies and vendors as needed. Cross functional collaboration across departments including engineering, design, marketing and customer support teams delivering high quality solutions. Identify and implement new features and improvements to enhance the user experience and add value to the ecosystem. Identify potential risks and challenges related to product development and work proactively to mitigate them, anticipating market shifts and regulatory changes that may impact product strategy. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices in the fintech industry. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing and or Business. 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or product management. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products. Fintech or B2B SaaS experience. Experience working in a fast paced startup environment preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills. Strong vendor management experience and success. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics).
