Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our team at our Fort Worth location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing terms.
• Conduct property tours and highlight key features to potential renters.
• Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and verify applicant information.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and resolve leasing-related issues.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is a plus.
• Bi-Lingual strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations.
• Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
