Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Head of Capital Formation based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves leading capital‑raising efforts, developing strong investor relations strategies, and identifying new sources of capital. The Head of Capital Formation will also oversee financial modeling, create compelling pitch materials, cultivate relationships with institutional investors, and collaborate closely with other senior leadership to align fundraising strategies with organizational objectives. Qualifications
Investor Relations and Capital Fundraising expertise, including experience managing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high‑net‑worth individuals Strong Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, and Presentation skills Proven ability to craft persuasive investment materials, such as pitch decks and prospectuses Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen skills for aligning fundraising strategies with organizational goals Familiarity with venture capital, enterprise AI, and enterprise software markets Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred) Proven track record of successful capital raises in growth equity or related fields is a strong advantage
