You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing CRST’s real estate strategy across owned and leased properties, ensuring our physical footprint supports current operations while positioning the company for future expansion. You’ll also ensure CRST’s properties are well‑maintained, operationally sound, and strategically positioned—managing everything including lease negotiations, construction projects, building operations, and property exits. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic planning with disciplined execution, partner effectively with senior leadership, and make sound decisions across a complex, multi‑site environment.
How You’ll Work
Location: Onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA
Travel: Travel may be required based on business needs, project activity, and site oversight responsibilities
Compensation: Competitive compensation package. Additional details will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible for performance‑based bonus
Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; prescription drug and telemedicine services; company‑paid life and disability insurance; retirement savings with company match; paid time off, holidays, and parental leave; plus additional voluntary benefits and employee discounts

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people leadership. Success requires strong judgment, the ability to influence across functions, and a forward‑looking mindset that anticipates business needs before they become constraints.
This position focuses on direction, oversight, and decision‑making—setting priorities, allocating resources, and leading teams and partners to deliver results at scale.
