Chief Financial Officer (with strategic partnership to Operations and Engineering) What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with business goals and advances innovation Lead digital transformation projects, including AI applications, Industry 4.0, cloud adoption, ERP modernization, and automation Analyze existing network infrastructure and business systems, recommending improvements to performance, security, and cost-efficiency Oversee cybersecurity, SOX compliance, and IT risk management Manage and mentor a team of nine IT professionals and vendors across infrastructure, applications, and support Foster collaboration with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve workflows and integrations Ensure uptime, reliability, and scalability of enterprise systems Drive vendor management, license compliance, and technology budget optimization Report on KPIs, including digital adoption rates and cost savings initiatives Tech Environment Snapshot ERP:

IBM Cognos What You’ll Bring Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) 10+ years in IT leadership in a manufacturing setting Strong background in business systems including ERP and CRM, networking infrastructure and management, and cybersecurity best practices Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives, ideally with exposure to AI tools or strategy Track record of making cost-conscious, scalable IT decisions Collaborative yet decisive; you know how to lead the conversation and bring others along How Success is Measured Digital adoption across departments and platforms Improved performance and reliability of infrastructure and business systems Cost reduction and budget optimization (IT is our largest expense category) Culture & Decision-Making We value expertise and give it room to lead.
