Key Responsibilities
Greet and guide customers through the sales process from lot to delivery
Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
Provide professional, knowledgeable vehicle presentations
Assist customers with sales applications and documentation
Build strong rapport and lasting customer relationships
Conduct quality follow-up and maintain detailed CRM notes
Support management by inspecting and merchandising inventory daily to maximize sales
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 Years Of Sales Experience
Proven track record of success in sales
High energy, enthusiasm, and competitive drive
Strong communication skills—both in person and over the phone
Persuasive, confident, and comfortable handling objections
Excellent customer service skills
Persistent work ethic and team-first mindset
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate Degree (A.A.) preferred
