As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will use your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and trained product knowledge to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and help ensure that each customer leaves with a positive experience. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Our Products and Customers : Work with our trainers to build sales and marketing skills for our offered products and services, and utilize these strategies to inform customers of our products and pique their interest. Problem Solving : Manage any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and integrity, working with the customers and your team to find new solutions to niche customer needs. Sales : Use your understanding of our products to match customers with the right products and services for them, driving sales with innovative solutions and communication. Collaboration and Growth : Work closely with your team to keep up with new products and marketing strategies, ensuring you are always equipped to handle customer questions. Customer Service : Bring excellent customer service when in our stores, able to ensure that our customers are informed on our products, matched with the correct services, and leave happy and satisfied. Qualifications:
Customer Service Experience (3+ months). Interest in sales or marketing. Adaptable to learn new products and promotions quickly. Growth oriented with a passion for helping others. GED or High School Diploma. What we Offer:
Base pay of up to $14-$19/hour plus uncapped commission,
