Senior Director of Information Technology
I'm currently partnering with a
growing residential real estate development and homebuilding organization
in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to hire a
Senior Director of Information Technology
This role will lead and evolve the company’s technology function, combining
hands-on
operational leadership with forward-looking strategic planning . The position will oversee the internal IT team, manage external vendors, and help build a
scalable technology infrastructure
that supports continued business growth.
A key focus will be developing and executing a
3–5 year IT roadmap , improving operational efficiency, and optimizing core systems such as
ERP, CRM, and purchasing platforms . This leader will also oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and disaster recovery while partnering with leadership across the business to implement technology solutions that improve visibility, cycle times, and the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will bring
10–15+ years of progressive IT experience , including several years in leadership roles managing teams and vendors. Experience working within
homebuilding, construction, real estate, or development environments
is highly preferred, along with a background in
ERP implementation or system optimization
and managing multi-million-dollar IT budgets.
