This is an entry-level role for a Sales Development Representative responsible for increasing business by identifying, initiating, and progressing sales opportunities in both prospective and existing accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the company\'s engineers, who are experts in the software and its scientific applications, as well as experienced sales representatives and managers. Training will be provided in selling to a highly technical and industrial market, with potential career growth into sales representative or manager roles. Daily outreach to inbound leads via phone and email to qualify buying intent Research and identify prospects within assigned accounts Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team to convert and close Collaborate on account planning to develop existing accounts and establish new ones Support all aspects of the sales process, including arranging meetings between prospects and the sales team Minimum Qualifications
Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree, or 2-4 years of relevant sales experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for company-sponsored events in North and South America Eligibility to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available) Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, science, or business management Prior customer service experience Experience with technology companies, research organizations, or technical academic institutions Familiarity with CRM software Fully in-office position; out-of-state applicants will not be considered Interested in hearing more?
