Guide customers to the location of the products within the store. Maintain your assigned department while assisting other departments as needed. Work alongside your retail team, promote best practices, contribute towards daily sales and maintain high standards of department and store appearance.
About You
Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service Willing to learn on the job and complete web-based training. Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Requires the ability to move heavier objects with assistance.
