Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate
repairs/services Clearly communicate customer concerns to technicians for accurate diagnosis Maintain strong communication between customers and the service team Schedule appointments, write tickets, and manage invoices Ensure every customer leaves confident in their service experience Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable and reliable (shows up on time, ready to work) Positive attitude and ability to take direction from management Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales experience or automotive knowledge is a plus (not required) Core Values
