We’re partnered with a fast-scaling FinTech building the infrastructure layer that connects SMBs to capital, payments, and cash flow tools.
This is not a traditional partnerships role. This is about owning and scaling distribution — driving how financial products are embedded, delivered, and monetised across platforms.
The Role You will own the partnerships and distribution strategy across the US, building scalable channels that directly drive revenue.
Build and scale embedded finance and platform partnerships (SaaS, marketplaces, payments, ISVs)
Develop and execute a distribution-led growth strategy
Own the full lifecycle: sourcing, structuring, negotiating, onboarding, and scaling partners
Drive partner-led originations and revenue growth
Identify and unlock new routes to market and scalable GTM channels
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, capital, and leadership teams
This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be expected to build, not inherit.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record building partnerships within FinTech, payments, embedded finance, or lending platforms
Experience scaling partner-led revenue channels, not just managing relationships
Strong commercial acumen — you understand unit economics, deal structures, and revenue drivers
Background in high-growth, performance-driven environments
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Confident engaging senior stakeholders and closing complex partnership agreements
