Sales Assistant We are seeking a dynamic and eager team member to join our Cleveland brokerage team at JLL. This individual is a key contributor to our sales support team and will provide marketing, operational and administrative support to an assigned team of commercial real estate professionals. This multi-faceted role requires someone with strong organizational and project management skills, a creative eye, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

Provide support to the team in technology applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Adobe Suite, JLL Aero, etc.) and other company-supported programs.

Update and maintain the company Contact Relationship Management database to track prospects, clients, deal information, and expenses.

Manage property listings across multiple platforms (MarketSphere, CoStar, Loopnet, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Assist team with preparing and updating client-specific reports, tour books, market surveys, etc.

Perform ad hoc administrative functions that support the business and revenue generation within the sales team.

Prepare and execute expense reports on a regular and timely basis.

Produce timely and accurate word-processed documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.).

Perform general duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, greeting clients, conference room set up, office maintenance, and ordering supplies.

Marketing/Production Support

Leverage templates to create and distribute standardized marketing materials in support of the brokerage team, including:

Flyers (both digital and printed)

Email blasts/email marketing

Mapping

Digital marketing platforms (MarketSphere, CoStar, LoopNet, JLL Website, etc.)

Signage order and installation, including coordination of signage vendors

Static social media content, correctly sized and formatted for LinkedIn, Instagram, or other relevant platforms as provided by the team

Create and manage email campaigns via our internal system (Eloqua), generate email analytic reports.

Provide multifaceted support to the sales team that accurately reflects the direction provided and the needs of the pursuit.

Plan, oversee and assist with broker events. Oversee entire process from creation of invitations, coordinating with local vendors, marketing deliverables for event, recap of event, etc.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction to the satisfaction of internal clients.

Education Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred.

Experience Experience in a professional company environment or Real Estate preferred.

Qualifications and Skills

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word software.

Working knowledge or experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (includes InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro).

Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Professional demeanor and presentation.

Database development and maintenance skills.

Ability to learn new mapping, graphics or industry specific software.

Ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and present complicated information clearly and accurately.

Detail-orientation in planning and proofing.

Positive, winning attitude.

Willingness to learn.

Self-starter with aptitude to successfully balance multiple priorities.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-oriented team player with a desire to deepen their value and contributions to a sales team quickly and over time.

Estimated Compensation for this Position 45,000.00 - 55,000.00 USD per year
