Underground Plumbing Laborer – Entry Level

Tony LaMartina Plumbing Company is hiring an entry-level laborer to support our Underground Plumbing Team with sewer and drain work. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and start building a career in a skilled trade with a 4th-generation family company.
What You’ll Do
Assist with pipe cleaning and sewer line work
Support excavation and job site setup
Load, carry, and organize tools and materials
Work outdoors as part of a team to complete underground plumbing projects
What We’re Looking For
Reliable and ready to work hard
Comfortable with physical, hands‑on labor
Positive attitude and strong team mindset
No experience required — we’ll train you
Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM until the job is complete
Pay & Benefits
$18.00 per hour
100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with 6% company match (100% vested on Day 1)
2 weeks PTO + 5 sick days
6 paid holidays
Uniforms provided + $200 annual boot allowance
