JOB SUMMARY This job involves handling the movement, storage, and sales of inventory within the ReStore warehouse. This includes receiving, sorting, and storing inventory, as well as preparing inventory for delivery. Also, cashier duties focus on processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including greeting customers, handling payments (cash, card), giving change, and issuing receipts, in addition to resolving complaints, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Key responsibilities involve meticulous money handling, excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES General Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including an aptitude for listening to others and the capacity to be both patient and engaging.
Receives store merchandise and moves to appropriate pricing areas in an efficient and responsible manner.
Prices merchandise according to pricing procedure manual.
Delivers merchandise to appropriate area on sales floor after priced.
Removes all merchandise from sales floor with proper sales receipt for immediate or delayed customer pick-up.
Keeps work area and warehouse clean, neat and orderly with inventory safely and properly displayed.
Assist customers through the purchase process, possibly coordinating the pick-up of sold merchandise with the sales team.
Stocking and merchandising store displays and shelves.
Removing damaged or incomplete items, cleaning displays as necessary and arranging remaining items attractively and compactly in preparation for new product.
Price merchandise on the sales floor and make sure all merchandise is priced.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle and/or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; and crawl.
Able to safely lift (and position) at least fifty plus (50+) pounds, stand, squat, bend and climb in and out of a truck on a frequent basis.
Dependable, motivated and strong teamwork skills.
