Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their HVAC needs.
Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services.
Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Qualifications
Driven, goal-oriented, and growth minded
Team and customer focused
Must maintain high professional and ethical integrity
Proven experience sales experience with in-home sales experience preferred
Proven customer service experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Technologically skilled including social media
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Skilled in social media is a plus
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
